I am Mauro Matos (1986), a Portuguese Designer, currently freelancer.
Curriculum PT
My expertise fields are Graphic Design, Editorial Design, Packaging Design and Illustration. However I have developed a certain interest in recent years to acquire new skills and experience in UI and UX design fields.
Always drawing since my childhood, I knew my future would be in the Design field. My main design influences are widely diverse and contrasted, such as Vintage Collage, Clean Modernism and Visual Noise aesthetics. You can find all these references across my portfolio.
I usually get inspiration from all things, people and places I have the opportunity to encounter, which after becomes reflected in my work.
As a personal goal I am always improving myself, often changing my way of thinking and adapting towards new challenges, thus allowing to evolve constantly personally and professionally.
